performance: losing 0.1 lb a week
I am a mother to two beautiful children. My oldest is 14 and my youngest is 4.5 months. I gained 50 lbs during this last preganancy and topped a weight of 185..larger than I have ever been....ever( and I was 15 lbs over weight when i GOT pregnant) I am only 5'1, so a little weight goes a long way! I dropped 10 lbs as soon as I left the hospital and it has been battle to get the remaining 40 lbs off. I am still breastfeeding (part time) and although that helps with weight loss, it also inhibits me to really "diet" cause I need to keep up the nutrients for my milk supply!
So I think I have done well...but I want to do better...I went from a size 13 down to a 10 and now in an 8...I would love to be a toned 6 or an untoned 4 (lol..there is a difference!) but it will all depend if I can muster up time to work out AS WELL as sticking to my alloted points! I am so used to crash dieting, but now that I am older, that doesn't have the same effect it used to, so Weight Watchers it is, and so far, I think I can stick to it (minus a few bad days! haha)
