I have to get down. I could never find the right activity to lose my adult weight. I really like the stair climber. It is a good workout to get me started losing weight. I then jog 2 miles and work on my waist. It seems to be working, I do too many sit-ups sometimes because I get scrapes where I sit. It is just a painful reminder I am not there yet. I work with weights occasionally. I am not trying to bulk up at all. I have strength. I need to gain lean muscle mass again.
