I told robert and he gave discouraging words. You know the first few lbs .... i stopped him and said it is difficult to talk about it as it is. His words dont make it better. I explained im a nurse i know about weight loss i dont need him to tell me an5thing. Then he went into i have noticed nurses are overweight and i wonder if its stress or what. I just got off the phone.
Then i come home and he says congrats while im on the toilet. Not good i wont share anything else with him. It is my journey alone.
