Here I am again. Even bigger. Trying to do what's right. What's that term? No good deed goes unpunished. We joined the YMCA(again). The treadmill last night was incredibly boring. And, like the last time, I have a cold. No matter. I guess I get to work through it.

Well, it looks like I have managed to keep the same weight since May. I am surprised and impressed, since I have not done anything to try to better my health or exercise in almost 6 months. I don't like this number, but at the same time I am glad to know it's not any higher. Now to find a routine to lower the number with my busy schedule. Wish me luck.

Yesterday I ate 1326 calories the entire day. Wow. I wonder if this is accurate.
