I'm feeling so frustrated at myself. I wish I knew why I have such a hard time sticking to the "plan." I know that I am eating so much healthier than I have in my life, yet I've destroyed my metabolism so much that I'm actually gaining weight, when two years ago, I would definitely be losing on this. I have to keep track of what I am eating to be more honest with myself, but it's hard. I start the day okay, and then I just destroy it by eating crap later on. I still have so far to go, and when I look at others who started their journey the same time as I did, most of them are at goal weight. I've just messed up. Majorly.
I have to get on track. Have to. I feel like a failure. My mind isn't on the goal. I have to focus. I have to believe that I can do it.
