hello. I am a 45 desperate mother trying to loose another stone for my daughters wedding in august. i have lost 34 and half pounds already. i only started atkins 2 weeks ago, but feel healther than i have ever done, no ibs trouble either so worth doing this diet, I live in the uk. and would like some friends to keep me motivated as i know no one doing this diet, thanks
