Ok, exercising more, still not losing weight.
Going to take measurements today, and see if in a week
or two, anything is at least shrinking, lol

ok today is my second day doing Richard Simmons Sweatin to the Oldies, and an hour on my bike. Hope to see my weight go down soon.

I decided to add Richard Simmons Sweatin to the Oldies, along with the bike riding, see if my weight will start down again. I did good today, 40 minutes with Richard Simmons, and 1 hour on my bike, I hope to see the scale go down, soon.

My weight loss seems to be slowing down. Not sure why, I think I'm putting in all my food correctly. But some foods are hard to tell, like restaurant pizza. So I need to stick to foods easier to get the calories right
