Im a 28 year old female who is attempting to lose weight. I would love to drop about 4 dress sizes. Im doing the best I can with dieting and trying to watch what I eat, and trying to balance it with working out at LA Fitness. I enjoy taking the aerobics classes for my work out, and I try to take the stairs at work vs. the elevator. Its only 2 flights but its something. I hope this works I want to be at a healthy weight, and I know thats in my future!
