weighing in
Scales can be really scary!! I know what you mean, but I find that weighing myself keeps me motivated. Also, I dont know if you have been measuring or not but I have started to because even if the scale doesn't budge measuring shows me if I have lost inches or not and keeps me going. If you are excerising you could also be gaining weight in muscle but losing in fat, so don't be discouraged if the scale isn't what you want to see. Just keep up the good work and it will all pay off in the end!

Low Carb
I am on a low carb eating plan, I have found a lot of new foods to eat which I didnt even think of. Recently I came across flatbread called Flat Out. You can get them at Wal-Mart. I LOVE THESE. Last night I used it for pizza crust at it was amazing. Each flat out only has like 6 net carbs, depending on which kind you get. The website is:

http://www.flatoutbread.com/products/flatout-wraps/

If you go there it lists the nutritional facts for each kind. I normally get the light Italian. Just thought I would share for any low carbers out there. Has any one else tried these or have any suggestions for some new low carb food to try? I usually do not have much time to make a meal using a recipe, which is why I love finding stuff to get at the grocery store that is low carb and quick and easy.

Very Happy
