Switching diets
Nobody should be in Ketosis with 30 pounds to lose. Ketosis is a dangerous physical situation that is employed by bodybuilders during contest lean out. Understanding your RMR, using that number to tweak your caloric intake is the path to healthy weight loss. I have been a trainer and amateur bodybuilder for 15 years. You can cut 1-2 pounds per week in a healthy manner with 200-250 minutes of resistance/cardio exercise and a SOUND nutrition program.
