ok, so i have been taking off on the weekends to just not worry about or record what i have been eating and drinking. i am gonna keep working on my new lifestyle change habits everyday, not just on the weekdays and i am even gonna record when i eat things that are high in calories. i want to see everything!!!

The thing about my body is that I gain muscle very, very easily!!! My weoght will go down eventually , but my inches are changing alot!!!
