What can I say, holiday eating (if you count the last few months). Time to get back on track. Starting the Whole 30 Challenge again - need to jump start my habitats again.

Weighed in on Oct 26 and haven't been following the Whole 30 diet for the past 30 days. I gave into my sweet tooth. They say you lose your sweet tooth - you don't. I need to get back on track. Halloween didn't help. I would say I am starting fresh today but already had some Halloween candy. Need to focus and re-start tomorrow.

I can't say I stuck 100% to the Whole 30 plan this past month. Was on vacation at the beginning of this 30 days and treated myself. But I didn't over do it. Actually after my vacation I weighed in and I had gained a 1/2 pound. I keep saying that this is the easy diet (lifestyle). Still no calorie counting. Just have to watch the rules of the diet. No sugars, refine carbs, no reactive foods (legumes, dairy).
I'm at the point of adding some stuff back in. I added honey early on - a tsp of local unpasteurized honey a day helps with allergies (this with my Claritin) got me though spring. I occasionally have had cheese on a salad in a restaurant when I got to ask. Also another thing hard to control is the salad dressings in a restaurant, it normally has a touch of sugar but getting the dressing on the side helps. I have 12.6 lbs to my goal weight. Lost 41.4 lbs on the Whole 30 plan in 7 months. But lost 47.8 lbs since last Christmas. This years Christmas is looking different :) Anyone having issues with losing weight I would recommend checking out whole30.com - you can get all the information of this diet (lifestyle) there free.
