Today I'm looking on the bright side of things! OK so I haven't lost any weight lately, BUT I've maintained the 10 pound loss. I've also learned to have sandwiches without the bread....a major change. I just layer the meat and a slice of cheese and that's it. I don't feel so sluggish as I used to with bread. I like 1/3 of an Atkins bar for dessert and nuts for the morning snack. I'll start to drink more water for the next two weeks and see what that does to help. I'll try the treadmill again....just a few 10 minute sessions a day to start. I'm still not willing to give up my glass of wine each evening so I'll keep trying other things.Here's hoping!
