I have always loved lifting weights since I started when I was a senior in high school. I put on about 15-20 pounds of muscle during my first couple years of college. I started CrossFit in summer of 2011 and was able to maintain my weight at the same number but I leaned out and definitely got fitter. For nearly the past 2 years, I have devoted myself to Olympic weightlifting instead of CrossFit. My weight is still the same as it has been for the past 10 years, 175#, but I fear that I'm not eating enough food per day, especially on training days, to properly fuel my body.
