How do you all get all of your calories in ? Sometimes I struggle to get enough calories. Today, with the meals I have planed it says I should have used only 900 cals. So I need more.

Totally met some coworkers for breakfast after our night shift. No regrets! Figured it into my day and have a good 900 cals left. I’ll be sleeping so the next meal I’ll eat will be dinner. Should be able to still make my goal. Good time with good friends.

It’s amazing how full I get now days. It’s got to be this depression medicine. I used to could put it away. Now I struggle sometimes to get all my calories.

Totally tried to weigh myself at the gym this morning but the batteries were dead 😒. So... guess I’ll try again tomorrow on my own scale.
