I'm still trying to understand what to eat and what's going on with my body, but I feel good about where I am headed. I had an anxiety attack while doing cardio tonight and stopped early, I had a pain in my chest and was convinced I was going to have a heart attack. I treated today as upper body day so chances are I just hurt one of my muscles. I am hoping that getting in shape will get my anxiety under control.

I feel bloated and more overweight than usual today - but I had a lot of dairy at church this morning. I am hoping that without the extra salad dressing and baked potato I won't have so much fat in my diet! I am still worried about being able to afford the 2000+ calories a day to keep up with my new activity level, but I know if I keep faith that the universe will supply what I need I'll be just fine!
