Anybody watch Grey's Anatomy tonight? The character Lexy Grey made me think of myself. She can't stop eating because she's stressed out. At the end of the show, her worries are resolved and her sister says: "Lexy, you can stop eating now" and she replies: "Thank God". The look on her face is priceless. Her cheeks are full of food. Its like, she's stuffing her face cause she's so stressed, not that she wants to but because she can't help it. There's a glimpse of what I look like. What an eyeopener! What do you we do that to ourselves? Stress brings out the worse in us.

no move on the scale today :(
but on a positive note, i did 40 minutes of cardio last night, also took the dog for a run and did my butt and ab exercises.
my goal is to do the same tonight. gotta counteract the 11 hours of desk work I've been doing everyday this week and burn some fat!

Haven't weighed myself in a couple of days. Giving myself a break. I obsess over the scale. If it was up to me, I'd probably spend the whole day on the scale waiting for it to go down!
I did notice that my jeans feel looser, so that's good. I've been trying on close that I need to lose another 5-15 lbs to fit. Figured that that will give me motivation to stick it out. I'm tired but I worked a long day yesterday, today and tomorrow and thursday. Will get about 40hrs of work in the 4 days. Don't know if I'll have enough energy to do exercise tonight. Its been raining all day so only exercise on my gazelle that was given to me. Gotta syke myself up to do it!
