Ok Day 1. I have always been overweight throughout my entire life, and it has always been an issue with my self image. Ive tried several things to try and put off the pounds and get myself healthy but cant seem to keep it going long enough. Once I joined a group called TOPS and ended up loosing about 30lbs, but unlike everything else I stopped going to the meetings, stopped going to the gym, stopped eating healthy and put the weight back on. Right now at my all time highest weight, I've decided to take back control of my life and get back on track. I found this site just browsing through the net and thought it was an excellent motivator and self-tracker. I hope this time around it sticks and I can reach my goal of a healthier lifestyle as soon as possible!!! I look forward to sharing my ups, downs, trials and tribulations with you as well as seeing others successes!!!
