50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME
ok I had a very bad week. In the middle of the week i had a huge huge craving for chocolate, and my weak will powerCrying or Very sad Crying or Very sad allowed me to go and buy a bunch which I indulged in!Evil or Very Mad I felt sick after and didn't anything at all for almost 2 days. This was very bad and such an unhealthy week full of unhealthy choices!! However bad my eating habits were my excerise was good and i drank water like there was no tomorrow.Wink Sleeping is another thing. I can't go to sleep early because I'm part nite owl and I always get up early. So I'm not exactly sure how much I sleep at nite, I usually get a nap in the afternoon which helps make up some zzz's I lose at night. Even though im down a pound and a half it could have been better. This week I plan on getting my exercise in again as well eating healthy! This is going to be a kickass week. I can just feel it!!

No More "Weighting" to See!
Glad to hear they finally got back to you with your adjusted pic!! What they did to mine was take most of my weight off of my chest. They made me go from like a D cup to like an A cup which would never happen, but to back them up a bit I did select what I would look like after 50 lbs. That might be a little bit hard to interpret. But whatever, it gave me an idea. I kind of wanted to print off my pic and hang it on the fridge or cupboards so when I go for a snack I don't need, it'll encourage me a bit and remind me to get more focused! Anyways just thought I'd put in my 2 cents!!

50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME
Ok week 1 is over and it was not my greatest. My grandmother is in the hospital and I've been going there a lot this week and not having the extra time to workout. This week was also bad for me eating healthy. I had bad "time of the month" cravings and worked a lot of extra hours at work. I work in the mall and when I don't have time to make something for lunch or dinner to bring with me, all I have is the food court which isn't the healthiest. I only got in about 150 minutes of exercise when I wanted to achieve 250, BUT this is week 1 and all I can do is move on and doo better this week!!

Week 2 challenge:
Its been raining a lot lately, but if its clear weather I plan to walk to and from work at least 2 times and go on an additional 2-3 1 hour walks in the forest or downtown.

My biggest barrier is me and my excuses and my weak will power! I will eat what and when I want, and then make excuses for me eating unhealthy!!! Time to step up my game!!

50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME
Hey Everyone!
I'm so glad this challenge was setup! I was losing some weight but this is the motivation and encouragement I needed to do better because I know I can!! Thanks for setting this all up and organizing it!!

My final straw was never really a specific day. I've always been chunky and it seems my weight just kept going up a few pounds more every year and never seemed to go down. My contract ended at work just before xmas which was horrible b/c I no longer had a reason to get up and get out of bed. I found myself always sleeping, never having any energy, and hardly eating (and getting into bad eating habits altogether like only eating pasta at like 9 or 10 at night and nothing else all day). I found myself like this for a few months. Not motivated, and gaining weight. I reached the heaviest at 223!!!! and it scared me that I was heading for 230. I have a cousin who is over 230 and has had complications with every child birth she has. Last year she was bedridden for months b/c of back problems she had due to weight issues. I do NOT want that to be me. I don't want to have health issues or complications EVER because of my weight! So I am going to loose all of this excess weight and live a healthier lifestyle!!

p.s. I found a job where I am on my feet 100% of the time. So I have been using this to my advantage and I have been finding it very helpful that not only do I have to get out of bed everyday, but I pretty much get a nice little workout at work everyday as well!!

Anyways, I think thats long enough story for everyone for now. My exercise goal is for 250 minutes this week!

Thanks again everyone and good luck!! I know we can do this especially if we all stick together!!
