I feel great! I've only eaten veggies all day, all I can eat veggies with no guilt. In Fact I'm eating a veggie medley right now! I feel light but satisfied. I know I should be watching the seasoning, but hey its only veggies right? If anyone has any suggestions on how to season vegetables that will make them taste great without using salt, please help me out. I need to drink more water,I did drink eight cups today, but I know I need to drink more. Tomorrow I will drink more. Today was a good day. I hope today was a guilt free winner for everyone, have a beautiful night;-)

Jillian Michaels just kicked my butt! But what a wonderful way to start my day. Today I'm going to drink lots of water and eat all the veggies I want, nothing else just veggies. I did that yesterday and I feel great. Have a blessed day all, stay focused, stay positive........Win!

I had a great day today. I worked out with my trainer,okay we really didn't work out much, he had some issues so I played Oprah. But it's the end of the day and I have only eaten veggies and drank water all day today. I'm super proud of myself. The calorie thing was sort of getting on my nerves, I like to eat. So I decided to eat as much veggies as I want. I ate as much as I wanted without quilt. Yay Me!!

I did great yesterday, eventhough I ate a little more than I previously recorded in my food journal, it was all healthy stuff. I did drink 3 liters of water yesterday, Yay me. I will drink 3 liters today and everyday from now on. I was down one pound this morning. Yay! Feeling great about my days journey, have a slim day all.
