Wow, I am astonished at how much weight I have gained. I'm always on a diet, and never did I realize I weighed so much. I've always been very afraid of weighing myself, just did not want to see the numbers. But what I understand today is that I always have to weigh myself............I cannot get around it, it't the only I way I will be on to of my weight. Won......at 240 I thought I was disgusting and this morning I'm weighing in at 276lbs..........noooo. What I will say is that I look really good almost being 300lbs, wow.

Feeling great! Had a crazy work out with my trainer this morning, I thought I was going to pass out!! I'm super proud of myself for completing the circuit. This is the first time since I've been trying to loose weight, that I'm actually following the meal plan, along with exercising. I've had two personal trainers in the past, and I lost weight. But I never really followed the meal plan. I figured, hey I'm exercising so I can eat what I want.......and I did loose, just not as much as I could have. I want the dramatic results,and I want it now! So i'm getting it, now! No excuses, no short cuts. I have everything I need to get what I want. It is truly up to me and within my power! And its within yours ........so let's get it! Y.O.L.O!!

Hi guys, thanks for the support.I appreciate it;-) Well I'm happy tonight and I feel great! One of my biggest challenges has always been being able to stick to my meal plan while at work. I work 12 hour shifts and my job is very stressful...very! I guess over the years I have been an emotional eater, because of this. But had a great weekend at work. I stuck to my meal plan, did not get hungry and I feel great!! I love this new found energy. Crazy thing is, I think I'm a better employee because of my new life style change. Now I will not lie, I did start to get a little cranky for no reason at the end of the shift...I know it was because I really needed something to eat. But the beautiful thing is ...........I was not hungry!!. I love not being hungry..........Yay!!!!!!!!!!!! But I really have to remind myself and force myself to eat. Um,,,,,,,,,funny, this has never been my problem lol. I love food.
Well enough about me. I hope everyone had a great, no cheat, weekend;-)

Hi guys, I'm back and fatter than ever, and older. Well it's the truth. But I feel great, I have a new leaf on life, learned some new tools, and this time I'm here to get the weight off. One day at a time, no more excuses!!!!!!!! No more fad diets, I'm on a 21 day to a better me journey, not by dieting, but by learning & implementing new, healthy habits in my life. If it is to be, then it is up to me. And I have everything I need to make it happen! I have a new millionaire mindset, and I'm ready to look like I feel.................great!!!!!!!!!
