I'm pissing like a race horse! Lots of water consumption and less then 25 carbs goin in daily is a lot of work. I'm poopin out foreign objects but lord knows I'm getting my roughage!!! All these bowel activities got me going! I think its great but sometimes its not so great. I spent 5 minutes urinating this morning non stop! It was like my body had held it in for 2 days and just decided to release. That was nuts but I'm still losing and I'm going strong. My first week out and I did good, I must admit. Hope I can carry on til at least christmas to see what's going to happen next.

I know it is not healthy to weigh myself everyday but at this point in my diet I am amazed to see how quickly the weight is coming off. I weigh myself to see if it is slowing down. I don't doubt its water weight that is melting away. It's just amazing!!

I made the peanut butter cookies from this site. They were very good. I could taste the splenda but they were very good. I only ate one and I was surprisingly satisfied. I stored the rest and I think one every other day or so would be good. I wanted something sweet but it wasn't a craving.
I've been having lots of headaches though and some dizziness. I take a vitamin and drink plenty of water but the headaches are frequent. I hope I can hold on til Saturday (next weigh in) after seing results I am motivated to keep going. No results leave me a little discouraged.
