My 1 real meal of the day: 3-egg mozzarella, pepper, and onion omelette with red pepper flakes and sun-dried tomato paste + a few tortilla chips (612 calories).

Today, I figured out how to prevent binges, for me at least. Duct tape all the food away in the cabinets, freezer, and fridge drawers. Only leave planned meals or low-cal foods (e.g. tea, apples, veggies, coffee, diet soda) accessible. I also left skim milk and 1 packet of oatmeal available in case I got really hungry but didn't even need it. So far (8:30 pm), I'm only at a total of ~225 cal intake for the day (basically a fast). I think I'm going to plan out a small meal before bed so that I can sleep okay. Also, this only works if tape is enough of a physical deterrent, and any other people you live with don't mind.
