If you're overweight, try to walk once around your block for the first week. Second week, do it twice and increase the distance like this. Your back will hurt if you have excess weight around your abdominal area but that will get better as you lose weight. Keep going.

Exercise
Hi Chathiels. If you're looking for low impact exercise ideas which aren't hard on your body after a hard day's work, search YouTube for Pilates or "low impact workouts." There's numerous videos surrounding this. Pilates is a great option because there's no cardio in these workouts. They are slow movements. You feel rather refreshed after such a workout.
For on your off days, try to walk. Slow walking for at least twice a week which are good for heart health.

Apps where I can add steps manually
Hi
I have a Huawei band 4 but I struggle to find apps that connect with this band. I am looking for apps which have step challenges but where I can manually add my steps for the challenges. Any ideas?
