Not so sure why I am up a pound today. I did really really well yesterday. I only had 2 bites of pizza at work, and managed not to eat anything else. i am so happy. Working in food place, where food is free, and NOT healthy to any extent makes it hard. But it is something Ihave to do. I got the job on the cruise ship. As soon as I get my passport back, I will be heading out to train.
I am really excited!!! I just have to lose the weight now.
I meant to get up at 540 am today..but I set it for PM..Sigh, so I got up way later. UGGGG
Tomorrow is another day!!!

So, Today is my start day.
I keep letting myself gain weight. Its kindda gross actually, and I hate the way I feel when I look in the mirror, or when I put on pants. Or even when I try to bend over to pick something up and my gut gets in the way.
I let myself get like this, so now I have to get rid of it.
My goal is to swim in the mornings, and to eat properly.
Slim fast worked before, I am hoping it works again!!!
