I am following my diet to a tee, and getting in exercise whenever possible...like shopping today!!!

Well, I went to my aunts for dinner last night, and I am so so so proud of myself. I had my water, and we had taco salad. So I had a ton of the salad, one serving spoon of meat, 2 tbsp of no fat low cal sourcream, a tbsp of grated cheese and tons of veggies. It was good, and I was full!! I was so happy that I didnt' go crazy with cheese and such. The stuff that previously I would have gorged on!! YAY ME!

I litterally feel like Im dying today. I get the WORST cramps. UGGG. So, no weighing myself for a couple days. It would be too depressing

Yay!! IT was water weight!! And its pretty much gone!!!! WOOOO HOOOOOO lol
I did really well yesterday, and I am making sure to get in enough water! I feel great today!!!!
