Had a better day at work today, and I can tell a difference in my shoulders! Then went to sort books with the Friends of the Library. We have quarterly book sales, and books get donated at all the branches and then brought to us. We sort them, price them, etc.
I have been eating better this week since we went to the grocery store and I feel better about it.
Day 3 of my Chalean Extreme/Turbo Fire Hybrid - Fire 55EZ & 10 minutes of stretching. I'm keeping track of my weight, but more than anything hoping to tone up and lose some inches.
Now to clean the house for knitting group tomorrow.

Ended up not getting my workout in yesterday, but got a lot done. Worked all day, went to a Lowcountry Boil, came home and walked the dogs, went to the grocery store, made several food items and cleaned up the kitchen. Then I was reading a great book (Calling Me Home by Julie Kibler) so I didn't go to sleep until almost 3 am!
Tonight I did yesterday's workout as well to make up for missing it.
Work has been rough the last couple days because I have been getting frustrated and annoyed with people. I think it is causing me stress and I can feel it in my shoulders.
I'm off to do some knitting to hopefully relax and make tomorrow a better day!

And 30 minute dog walk.
I really need to get my menu written up and get to the store tomorrow.
Also, going to (again) try and get motivated to do a combination of TurboFire & Chalean Extreme. If I start tomorrow/or Saturday 3 months will be right when Greg gets back from summer camp and his trip to New Mexico. I always do better working out when I'm on my own, so maybe this is the push I need.

Started the 100 push up challenge and two hundred squat and sit-ups challenges. Starting squat challenge at week 3, column 3.
Pushups: 32
Squats: 148
Sit-ups: 33
