i am feeling terrible the last few days. I can see from my food journal that i haven't eaten much the last few days. I started having trouble sleeping, leg cramps night and day and dizzy spells. I have been drinking a lot of water and taking vitamins.

I find this very discouraging. Being so tired I made several mistakes in my projects. I was doing really well before, so I am discouraged by this downturn.
I went by the healthfood store and got some electrolytes and some more magnesium. I read online that I am likely dehydrated from this diet. My back went out with this too - like everything just suddenly got weak... Besides all this I am glad I have lost a few pounds.

I am trying hard not to resort to nuts and stall out. I wish I knew what the right balance was. It was easy the first and only time in my twenties and I lost right down. NOw in my forties it is much much more painful... My grown kids are eating rollo flurries in front of me:-) hehe -
