performance: losing 0.3 lb a week
I am struggling with my weight, was skinny the first half of my life with no effort, then psychological trauma and my metabolism went to heck in a handcart and I have been half heartedly trying to get skinny again. Now I would just settle for fit and able to get down on the ground and play with my grandaughter. Low carbs works best for me and I am trying very hard not to eat processed food because who knows what's in it? No bread or potatoes since mid January and have lost 10 lbs, seem at a plateau. Need motivation to keep going.
