well yesterday i did pretty ok overall. i slightly went over my calories but i would have been ok had i of not eaten the 2 boxes of jolly rancher fruit chews last night. but hey it is what it is ya know and now i know not to do it again. getting back on track this time isnt as easy as i thought it would be but i kno once i get it all in tack i will be alright. and today oh today i started my day badly by eating 2.75 so basically 3 scones which are almost 500 calories a piece. so today im over but a whole 1000 calories from my 1762 calories which is what iam suppose to be eating. but i refuse to let this beat me and i will get this weight off and go back to my healthy life style. yes i will no matter what. i deserve to be fit and healthy.
