between nursing school work and parenting all alone i def allowed my weight and fitness to take a hit but that all ends today. i finished my first semester successfully and now im getting it in before spring semester starts because i cant allow my fitness and health to suffer i just cant. as i went through when i had some time to think even for just a moment my health level made me depressed and i dont need that. i havent seen the 240's since the beginning of 2008 wow 2 years and i utterly refuse because i deserve sooooo much more. i do. i have beautiful legs lovely hips a sexy face. i deserve to be healthy fit and firm because thats what i want and nothing else. i do deserve that i want that and i WILL HAVE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
