I am the mother to four children. They keep me very busy with all their activities, appointments & friends. We usually eat out a lot because I'm to tired to cook dinner when I get home from work. That is my biggest thing to overcome. I've been on a diet for two years and ended up 10 pounds heavier. I get to frustrated and quit to often. I'm hoping this will be the last time I have to worry about losing weight. I really like this website, so I hope it can help me get through this!!

LA Weightloss help
Thanks you guys! I'm really excited that I have this site for support. The only other site I know of that has people using LA is the LA Weightloss site through the company. I'm glad I can come here for questions and support!!

LA Weightloss help
I'm starting LA Weightloss today. I used to be on it and did pretty good with it. I'm not going to be going to the center because I can't afford it right now. I was just wondering if someone could help me with something. Could someone give me the nutritional info off the LA lite bars? Just the calories, fat, carb and sugar? I need to find something that's close or less the the bars. Since I can't go there and get them! Also do you think an 8oz glass of apple cider would be one or two fruits?

Thanks,
Carrie

alli
I was on Alli when it first came out in June. I was on it for two weeks and lost 6 pounds. Then things in my life got a little crazy and I lost track of my diet. Needless to say I gained it all back. I started back on Alli three days ago. I never had any side effects from Alli. All you have to do is stay under the 15 grams of fat per meal and you will do just fine. It really helps me stay on plan because I don't want any of those nasty side effects!!
