new to Fat flush
Hello Everyone: I just started today 1/14/08 and I am a little confused. I'm I suppose to do the Long Life cocktail only when I awake? Also instead of putting flaxseed into the cocktail I used psyllium huks. Should I also be using the flaxseed oil all day with my cran water?
