I'm down to a comfortable weight after being obese for 20 years.
My goal for 2014/2015 was to get to my "highschool weight".
My current goal is to see my abs. To get there I will continue to track my calories and macros (with calorie counter on Android). I'm also following the stronglifts.com training program to build muscle.
