I'm down to a comfortable weight after being obese for 20 years.

My goal for 2014/2015 was to get to my "highschool weight".

Since then I've been working on my strength, mostly doing compound barbell movements like squats and deadlifts.

creating meals from ingredients
I seldom eat store bought foods with a bar code, but I often prepare the same foods from the same recipes. I'd love to be able to create a grouping of several ingredients (with known nutritional information) that I could group into a single item, which I could subsequently include in my diet calendar.

As a simple example: say, I often make a sandwich from 2 slides of bread, 2 slices of ham, slice of cheese, etc... At the moment I have to include individual ingredients in my calendar, and this is tedious for complex recipes. I'd like to make a grouping, call it a "ham and cheese sandwich" and tell fatsecret's DB what that group includes.

While I could do it now by adding a new food item, I'd have to manually sum up all the nutritional info numbers.

I'd be ok if these items lived in a separate menu, even if it was only visible to me.
