I have struggled with weight through most of my life, I recently spent 3 months literally doing nothing due to chronic pain. I had surgery and the day after I was cleared I started my exercise and health and wellness program. As of 3 pm today I will be 48 hours tobacco free. My goal is to start counting my carbs and get a better idea of what I am putting into my body. As a diabetic, my goal is to be insulin free.
