Well, the scales are telling a story, but the body is changing at a very slow pace which is making me start to get a bit impatient. I know Rome wasnt built in a day, but to think that i have lost 10 pounds in a month is a great accomplishment in itself. This would be around the time, i would binge.. and thats what i gotta stay away from... if i stay the course, i could be down to 185 by mid to late august... and with continued working out, i could have a marked change by the start of school. That would be so cool to see people and have them say, "Holy shit... look at you!"
I think i'll start to see the toning results by months end. then the trick will be maintaining and improving on that. Hard to believe i havent had carbs in almost a month! I sure miss rice!!!
