I'm having another go at my homemade spa water with mint leaves, cucumbers and lime. The last time it didn't agree with my stomach and thought I'd ingested a parasite. Read a few comments on blogs from others who experienced similar symptoms; it must be a detoxing effect.

Today I didn't have lung until after 4pm. Although I ate, I really wasn't hungry. I think I'm beginning to feel the effects of drinking Bulletproof coffee.

Yesterday I started drinking Bulletproof coffee again before my morning workouts. I hate the taste of coffee but I'm hoping this will improve my post workout fat loss.
I don't seem to experience the curbing of the appetite like most coffee drinkers. Just the same, I'm looking forward to the full feeling many people describe and being able to skip meals. Although, I've heard that it's best to condition your body to eat at the same time each day. Still working on that.
I've been fat adapted about about a month and I pretty much snack/eat throughout the day. I think I eat out of boredom.
