It's been two days since I started to work out in early morning.
Day 1
I did different cardio at home from an app I downloaded. It felt good I never sweat that much in a long time!
Day 2
I jogged, not continuously, for 30 mins. I did a jog, walk, jog, walk method. I feel way better than yesterday even though my thighs hurt from muscle pains!
