I had 2 little ones 18 mos apart without getting back into shape in between pregnancies. Youngest is now 2.5 and I'm still out of shape with a serious muffin top and general softness. Time to get into a routine of healthy eating and regular exercise.
Was 118 on wedding day 5 years ago - would be happy with a fit 125 - was a unhealthy 102 when i was overexercising and under eating (and slightly crazy).
Recent diet lacking in h2o, fresh fruit and veggies - excessive in junk food and bad snacking (i love sugar). Ready for improvements and an increase in energy.
