I'm 38yrs old. I've been married 17yrs. While I was working full time, I lost 51pounds and kept it off for 2yrs. Then when I to have back surgery and it didn't go as plan. I had to quit and I've put back on 30lbs. I'm trying to lose but's find it's harder now.
