I weighed in two days ago and was very glad to see some weight loss! However since then I have not kept track of what I have eaten. It seems the more stressful it is the more impossible it seems and overwhelming to keep track of it all. It feels like one more thing, which is such a negative way to look at it, but I think I am just in a rough spot right now. I am glad that I wrote it in today. I hope the last couple days have not screwed me up too bad.

I am supposed to weigh in tomorrow and I am terrified. I felt very hungry this week by restricting my calories. I feel the same in all of my jeans. I am mostly terrified that my thyroid is totally out of whack and that I am gaining weight without being able to do anything. I've never been so stressed out in my life and I think my body is responding by freaking out to all the adrenaline and cortisol that is being pumped into my system. I hope hope hope I see gains tomorrow so I can feel good about this!

I feel very hungry. It is 6pm. I am wondering if breastfeeding burns so many calories that I would be so hungry? Does this have an exercise called 'nursing'?

I feel huge right now. I haven't lost a pound of weight since giving birth four months ago. I am so upset about this and feel helpless. My body is clunky and chunky. I don't fit into my pants.
