I was 22 years old. 4 years ago, my weight is only 62kg. My BMI was just 24.5. but when I started working at Kentucky Fried Chicken for 15 months, my weight increased to 67.5. After that, I worked as a clerk, my weight dropped to 64/65 kg. At the same time, I got married and after 4 months i had a great+super surprise, my weight had increased to 70.6. This is very troubling to me because of my weight never reaches to 70kg !! Now I just try to practice the Atkins diet.
