Hi all!! I have lost my first couple of pounds. I know that I have my weight at 276 starting but when I weighted on Friday I was at 278. Now I am at 275. So I feel really great about my start. I just got my book and I am reading it now. I am going shopping this weekend for my food. I am still working out on my own and with my personal trainer. So I am patting myself on the back. Yea me!!!!

I worked out hard on Saturday to make up for eating out on Friday. I took this class called Treading. It is a class on the treadmill and its walking fast and up hills. Someone is telling you how fast and how high to claim. It was hard and you sweat a lot. The instructor was great. I am proud of myself because after that work out. I still worked out with the trainer.

I went out with my sweetie tonight and we went to an all-you-can eat. But I did have pretty good self control. I did not drink the alcoholic drink I normally would have. I tried to eat mostly meat and no carbs. I love crab legs so I ate a lot of them and shrimp. I did have a little piece of carrot cake. But the good thing was that I ate a small piece and stopped there. So I count that as a victory. But I know I have to work extra hard with the trainer tomorrow. FEEL THE BURN LOL !!!!!

Well I had my second session with the trainer yesterday and he was great! He worked me hard. His motto is start out hard and end hard. He had me running up and down the basketball court, jumping jacks (I hate those), and lunges (I hate those too). I did crunches and lots of cardio. He did my measurements and I must say I did not like the measurements that he took. Therefore, I really have to get moving. I hope to stay motivated. I am going to weight today and see if I have lost anything. I know that my fat has already started coming down. My fat was 49% and something and my fat is 48% and something. The trainer said to concentrate on the fat lost and not the numbers on the scale.

Hey everyone I had my workout session with my personal trainer. Yea for me!!!!! It is going to cost me a bit of money, but I made this commitment to myself so I am to stick to the program.
I still have not receive my book but its on its way. So I am waiting patiently. Well thats all for tonight. I had a stomach problems for the last two days so I had not been able to write anything.
