WOW!!!! I lost 2.2 pounds since my last weigh in. I am so excited. I started a new challenge. It hurts my back alot but I am going to stick with it. I think that it is working. I only have 60 pounds more to go to get to the goal weight where I want to be. How cool is that!!! I have lot a total of 15 pounds so far. I can not really tell a difference yet but others around me say that they can. And knowing that other people see the difference is great. I am going to start my own challenge. I am giving myself 90 days to lose 20 more pounds. That would put me at a weight lose of 35 pounds. I would like to lose more than 20 but setting the goal lower will give me the strength that I need to make sure that I do not fail. I need some good work out ideas. If anyone has any please let me know. Something that maybe will not hurt my back as much. I want to be small again. I am not even looking for skinny, just smaller than I am now. For the longest time I wanted to get smaller for everyone else but myself, but now I have a new outlook. I now want to get smaller for me and only me. I went and gave blood about 2 weeks ago and they sent me a letter in the mail telling me that my Cholesterol level was 291. That was VERY scarey to me and I need to drop that number to at least 220. That is alot of points. I know that I am not going to get that done over night but it is something that I need to get done. In 8 weeks I can go and give more blood and they will send me another letter. This will help me continue to watch my level as well as help other people. I will keep everyone updated.

I gained a pound. That can erally get someone down. I do not know what I did to gain that pound. I am just going to have to work harder.

OK I have been way off track. I have not even been on here in almost 1 month. I feel so bad. I have only lost one pound this month. Although I have been back on track for the last couple of days. I have not strayed from drinking water though. I just have not been counting calories. I really need some help from other people out there. Someone to talk to on a daily basis that knows what I am going through. I do not think that I am going to get through this without a friend. I will say this though. I went to the store the other day because I needed to buy some new jeans and guess what... 2 sizes down. That felt great and that is when I decided that it was time to get back on track. Please if there is anyone tha can be a good buddy out there please let me know.
