I have started dieting again. I am amazed at when I do diet I lose weight..HA HA .... Who knew that was all that it was going to take...diet and excerise. It is amazing how putting those two things together work so well. I found out that I have high cholesterol and that scared me enough to push my butt back into action. Now I am on medication for my cholesterol but am hoping that I will be able to either get off of it or lower the dose with the diet and excerise. I know that is alot to want but it is good to have goals and dreams. At least that is the way that I feel. I am scared, I do not want to fail. I want to be around for my kids and spouse and I know that losing the weight is really going to help in making sure that I am around for many more years to come.
