Well day one of my ketogenic diet. I have had a headache all day, but I've actually been fighting a cold and have had an on again, off again headache for a few days now.
I can say that I have not been hungry all day but I did have to fight one period of boredom when I found myself searching through the pantry for no reason. Instead of breaking my diet, I weighed out .5 oz of pork rinds and had a snack. I logged them and made sure the rest of my daily intake of protein, fat and carbs stayed on track.
I won't get my ketostix until Tuesday so I won't be able to test until then but I feel really good about my progress day one.
