Fruits and those slim fast shakes gave me a extra boost of energy I pushed myself and danced for 3 hours today. After dinner, I'm sure I will sleep well tonight.

Go on youtube.com and type in Beyonce Move Your Body and try it. There's tutorial video and its awesome, then try it all together (go back to the regular video).I dance everyday to that video.

My younger sister bet me I couldn't go 2 weeks without eating meats I love (only fish). Our challenge started Monday (4/25/11) and today my grandmother is making pork chops for dinner. I'll win this no meat challenge cause of the simple fact when you believe in yourself you can't fail.
