I think this week I'm going to change my tactics - I'm going to focus on eating fruits and veggies. Bananas and oranges make me a happy camper, so I'm less likely to go on a soda binge.

Had three days in a row where I just lost it and ate sugar, rice, corn, cheese, etc. Apparently I got real cocky and decided not to write down my food for a whole week. So. Back to logging for me!

It's that first week jump - should slow down from here on out. I feel great though, more energy and not hungry all time... loving this way of eating.

Scale I was on at home must have been a bit heavy - I know my Wii Fit board is accurate. My official starting weight! Agh! :P
Lots of work to do. Today I'm going to:
1) drink lots of water.
2) avoid grains and sugar to the best of my current ability

I've been doing a lot of thinking (and weight gaining - I'm currently the heaviest I've EVER been) over the last year, and I've come to the conclusion that me and grains/sugar - we're not friends. We're frenemies.
