just recovered from a back injury been going to the gym all week. each day back at the gym my back is feeling better. it's nice to be back at the gym.

Got a Gym membership going to work out Monday-Saturday. no more of lazily trying to lose weight.

Starting new, I just quit smoking and drinking soda. so now i need to fill these gaps with something new. I want to lose a 100 pounds.
