I don't know how this works... eating pizza, chinese, more pizza, wendy's and taco bell and STILL losing... wtf? hahaha. i am not complaining though!

Not really a win or a loss.. I ate TERRIBLY all week.. I think there was only 1 day where I actually ate like I cared what I put into my mouth and I still didn't gain anything.. didn't lose anything but not gaining anything after eating like that is still a good thing, in my opinion! :)

For those of you that workout regularly, how long did it take before you personally noticed a difference? How about before the scale registered a difference in the lower direction? I've been doing this for about 2 1/2 weeks religiously now and though I don't expect change over night, the numbers aren't going in the right direction and I'm beginning to get frustrated. Not only am I working out, but I am also eating only my allotted points, and eating the right foods, not the wrong ones.
